This roll of Ektar 100 was the third roll of color film I developed. It was loaded into my Mamiya 4B Rangefinder, which has a fixed 40mm 1:2.8 Lens. The camera was produced for 1 year in 1963 when I was 12.

The biggest challenge so far has been achieving the proper white balance. I also had the same problem with the second color roll I developed. After scanning the images, I opened the files in Lightroom and manually balanced the color. In the future, I may include a grey card in the corner of an image that will be part of a set in the exact location. I can then click on it in software and achieve an accurate white balance.

Now that I am learning to develop color film, I will probably increase how often I shoot it. I have been in the past one who shoots black and white film. Time for a new challenge. In fact, I have a roll of Kodak 400 Color Film that has been exposed. It is time to develop it.
