These images were shot early in the morning on Saturday, August 26. I had my F100 loaded with Kodacolor, the same film as ColorPlus 200. I shot a few rolls a few years ago but had forgotten how the film looked.

The biggest surprise was how much grain was in the images. I printed the above photo at 11×17, and the grain was prominent. On a smaller print, the grain blended in and was not a feature of the image.

One of the issues with developing your own color film is the shelf life of the developer. Cinestill, the product maker, says it will last 8-12 weeks on the shelf. This roll of film is only the second I have developed in the current batch of developer I mixed on July 27. I try to develop 10 rolls per batch of developer. Though it can be more economical, developing at home can also have challenges.
