After shooting a roll of Portra 800 (https://stevenlawrencepictures.com/2023/12/01/seattle-on-portra-800-cs41-november-28/) I loaded the camera with Kodak Tmax 400. I pushed the film one stop.
After developing the film in HC-110, I realized that my ability to expose an image correctly was in jeopardy.
The images were darker and grainier than they should have been after a one-stop push.
I am not the most careful shooter. I am sometimes very sloppy. Fortunately, I have Lightroom and Photoshop to help me out.
I will try to do better next time.
