Here are more images that were created at the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration in Seattle. A few days ago, I posted pictures made with the Nikon Zfc, a digital camera.

These images were shot on the black and white film JCH Streetpan 400 at box speed. After researching this week, I found that some believe the film is closer to a 100-speed film (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOWiNBT7PWU).

I used the Nikon FM3a, with either the Nikon 28 1:2.8D or the Nikon 50mm 1:2 Lens attached. I developed the film in Rodinal (1:25) for 10 minutes, 30 seconds, @20C. I agitated the film every 30 seconds.

The negatives were scanned with the PrimeFilmXEs, using VueScan software.

This gentleman uses a different approach, shooting on the street. He set up his tripod and used a super-telephoto lens. My approach is a little different.

2nd image. 👍🏻

yes this 200mm lens and the tripod is a little bit strange equipment for the fast changing street moments. 😉
