A new film was introduced on Freestyle’s website (https://www.freestylephoto.com/490364-ARISTA-EDU-DX-400-ISO-35mm-x-36-exp). At this time, there is not much information about whether this is a rebranded film. I was able to purchase a roll at Glazers Camera in Seattle.
I loaded the film in the Nikon EM and attached the Nikon 35 F2D. I developed the film in HC-110 for 6 minutes @20C. Following the instructions, I agitated the film for 30 seconds and then 5 seconds every 30 seconds.
It was a cloudy day with showers. No harsh sunlight to deal with.
I scanned the negatives with the PrimeFilmXEs using VueScan.
This is a good option for those who enjoy lots of grain.
