I was going through some shelves in my studio when I found a roll of Pancro 400 black and white film. I checked my spreadsheet and found I shot the film three times in 2023 and 7 times in 2020.

I shot the film on New Year’s Day with the Nikomat EL and the attached Nikkor-S Auto 1:1.4 50mm lens. I did not push the film; I had the camera on a tripod for all these shots. It was raining. I found a way to hold an umbrella, create a composition, adjust the tripod, get proper exposure, and finally take a shot.

I developed the film in HC-110(B) @20C for 9 minutes, agitating for the first 30 seconds and 10 seconds every minute thereafter. I scanned the negatives with the PrimeFilmXEs using VueScan.

I have made several prints of these negatives, which have come out great. I have a Canon Pro-300, and I always print a couple of 13X19 prints for every roll I develop.
