It is the afternoon of the 31st of January. The rains have returned, and the sun has disappeared. The amount of sun we have had is shown in the total rainfall for the month through yesterday. Usually, by this time, we have almost 8 inches of rain. Our current monthly total is less than 2 inches.

Last Saturday, we were still in the sunshine stage. The temperature was in the 40s, and many people were on the street.

I shot these images with the Nikomat EL, with the Nikkor-S Auto 50mm 1:1.4 lens. I shot the film at box speed and developed it in XTOL (1/1) for 9 minutes and 30 seconds. I agitated for 5 seconds every 30 seconds. I scanned the negatives with the PrimeFilm XEs using VueScan.
