We are now going to use Rodinal in developing a new film by Ilford. This is the second time I have shot Kentmere 200 (https://stevenlawrencepictures.com/2025/06/13/kentmere-pan-200-olympia-june-2/).

Whereas the first roll was shot on 35mm film, this time we are using 120 Medium Format film loaded in my Pentax 645N. I used the 45mm (28 equivalent), 75mm (45mm equivalent), and the 150mm (90mm equivalent lenses.

The film was developed in Rodinal (1:25) for 10 minutes, agitating the tank for the first ten seconds of every minute. The negatives were scanned with the Epson V850 using Epson Software.

Some of the area was harvested a few years ago which enabled secondary succession. Plants that could not compete with the trees become abundant, in time the trees will again dominate the area.

Very nice set of nature photos, Steven. That first one in particular is stellar. I hope you’re doing well and all is good in your neck of the woods.
