This is Goose Lake. It is located in both Oregon and California. Like all the lakes in the Great Basin Region, it has no outlet to the sea. The Great Basin is a land of internal drainage (https://sacriver.org/explore-watersheds/northeast-subregion/pit-river-watershed/goose-lake-watershed/).

My wife and I have been dealing with insect bites. My wife needed to get medical care for her adverse reaction to one of the bites. Otherwise, we are having a great time.

Today I was able to load three cameras with film and finish off one roll. The bright sun has necessitated the use of slow films. These images were created with the Nikon Z5, using either the Nikkor Z 28mm f/2.8 or the Nikkor Z 50mm f/1.4 lens attached.
