It was late afternoon. The sun was relentless in its need to dominate the landscape as it prepared to depart. I loaded up the Nikon FM3a with a roll of Kentmere 400. No need to push the film one stop when bright conditions dominate.

I attached the Nikkor 50mm F1.2 lens. The whole purpose of shooting the roll was to see how Cinestill’s Df96 Monobath developed the images.

This was the third roll I have developed with Df96. I used the 6-minute at 21°C combination. Since I am using the same developer over and over again, I needed to add 30 seconds to the 6-minute time (15 seconds per development after the first roll).
