8218 EL 400TX 50Auto294-EditCentralia, Washington is almost an equal distance between Seattle and Portland. It was founded by a son of a slave, George Washington, in 1875. (http://www.historylink.org/File/5276) Its economy depended heavily on the lumber industry till the mill closed in 1959. Today, people stop in the town for the antique district downtown and the outlet malls. Now, there is another reason to stop, but only for Tesla owners. It now has a Tesla Supercharger Station. The Station is adjacent to the Outlet mall right off I-5. At these supercharger locations the most time it will take if you are drained completely is 75 minutes, enough time for some shopping.
