On the way to Long Beach, Washington, I stopped in Woodland to grab a cup of coffee. I noticed an event in a clearing near the freeway so I drove up and parked to investigate. The town of Woodland was having its annual marathon. You could do a whole marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k, and the event had a relay marathon, where 4 people completed the marathon as a relay team. The title pertained to 2 things… part of the course ran through a tulip farm and there was a beer garden at the event. I captured the event on my Nikon FM2, with the Nikon 50mm 1.8 Series E Lens. I developed the film in Kodak D-76(1:1) for 11 minutes, 30 seconds, at @20C.
