Last Saturday, I went to Hilltop, a black community within the city of Tacoma. I had no idea that it was a black community. I went to the area to visit a weekend market. I met many people and had a few conversations. One of the subjects was gentrification and how it may affect low-income housing in the future.
One of the people I met was Johnny E. Sanders. He is an author who was there promoting his latest book.
