Another early morning hike in Kaiser Woods. I hike the area at least once a week. There are 4 primary trails of about 4-5 miles each, and you can combine them for an all-day hike. I live a mile away. I always take a camera along. It was damp, cloudy, and about 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius).

The camera: Nikon FM2. Lens: Nikon 35mm 1:2 D Lens.

I developed the film in Ilford ID-11 (1/0) for 8 minutes. The negatives were scanned with the PrimeFilmXEs, using VueScan software.

the best weather for photography and for the easy walks

Good to know that photography can have two purposes when handling the camera. Mindfulness in the moments surrounding actually taking a single choice shot. Comfort in quiet focus and considering the moment. Also, the camera as a friend that encourages you to take it on a walkabout and in doing so, keep fit and enable staying motivated and positive in activity. They say that being amongst nature like this does actually heal mentally and physically too. The photographs here are lovely little isolations too. That woodland shot is very atmospheric. Sums up perfectly your observational weather words.
