Much of Eastern Washington lies in the Columbia Basin (https://www.cbwnps.org/the-columbia-basin). Though the Cascades act as a wall to most of the moisture of the Pacific Storms in winter, three rivers, the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima Rivers, provide much of the water needed to enable agriculture.

The following images were captured shortly after sunrise in a lot adjacent to a hotel I stayed in.

The film expired in 2011, so I shot it as recommended at ISO 50 and developed it in HC-110(B) @20C for 4 minutes. I used the Nikon F100, with either the 58mm or 28mm Voigtlander lenses. I scanned the negatives with the PrimeFilmXE using VueScan.

Nice negatives. You did better with Plus-X film than I ever did. And good work recording common items around your hotel.
