On my trip to California, I saw lots of cotton fields. In fact, over 300,000 acres are devoted to cotton in California, with two-thirds of it being ELS (extra long stem) cotton. ELS is considered the best quality of cotton there is.
The black and white images were taken with the Nikon FA and 55 3.5 Lens loaded with Kosmo Foto Mono film developed in Rodinal (1:25) for 3 minutes and 30 seconds @20C. The color images were on Portra 160 and Portra 400 using the Pentax 645N camera and developed at The Darkroom in Southern California.
