Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. Ecclesiastes 9:10.

I will be 70 years of age next July. If I reach that age I will be the first male in my family to do so. My Father was 67 when he passed away, my Grandfather was 56 when he passed. I have 5 brothers, the oldest being Jack who passed away a few years ago at 69 years of age. I am in better health than any of them but I do have hypertension and some digestive issues. When the Pandemic arrived I made a decision to keep as active as possible while adhearing to the recommended precautions. I have kept traveling and have a short trip planned to Oregon this month and am thinking about heading out to the Mojave Desert in late October. It is a balancing act in determining how much time one has left and using that time to live fully as one desires while recognizing and accepting the risks each action or plan entails.

These images were created with the Nikon N75 with the 50mm 1.8 Pre-D lens attached. The film is Kodak Portra 800.
