eastern oregon, a place of silence, fomapan 100.

I have always cherished silence. Complete silence, with no music or sound of any kind in the background. In such surroundings I can think, analyze, and hear my thoughts. Eastern Oregon gives me that silence. It is vast and open. With no freeways and very few people. Even the skies are quiet.

These images were created on Fomapan 100 pushed 2 stops and developed with Rodinal (1:25) for 6 minutes, 30 seconds, @20C. The camera used was the Pentax 645N.
