A week ago was Wheat Day at the Capitol. Two days later, March 2 was Beef Day. A day for legislators and their staff to meet with persons associated with the Beef Industry, an industry that generates $2.5 Billion. Everyone was served a lunch featuring Tri-Tip.

I was surprised that many chose to have barbecue sauce applied.

I thought most would want to taste the authentic flavor of the beef.
