It needs a new roof, flooring, water heater, garbage disposal, 6 windows replaced, and some electrical work to bring the place up to code. Other issues will need to be addressed in the future. I am trying to see how difficult I can make my life. On March 6, I went downtown to get some ideas at the Home Show in Seattle. There were not many vendors there, but I did learn enough to realize the next few years will be interesting.

I developed the film in HC-110(B) for 10 minutes and 30 seconds @20C, with a 30-second interval agitation. I shot the film with the Nikon FM3a, with the Voigtlander 40mm 1:2 lens attached.

I changed my agitation routine last year with this film. Kodak recommends vigorous agitation between 5 and 7 times every 30 seconds. I pick up the tank and do precisely that, twist my wrist hard during the agitation.
