I currently live in Tumwater, Washington. Tumwater is a city of 25,000 people. Cool winters and mild summers, with annual precipitation of 50 inches. In 2015 there were 6,645 Single Family Homes. The City’s goal is to have 12,190 Single Family Homes by 2035. Last week I rode my bike through one of the numerous projects throughout the City. The infrastructure was completed last summer, but there has not been any work done on the project since then. I called City Hall and was told that the project is fully approved for completion.
